UQCC aims to become competent advocates of Women Empowerment and Youth Development through Chess.

Guided by our zeal to serve God and Country, UQCC pursues to create a safe avenue for all Filipina Chess Players who share the same passion in the sport and values of uplifting and encouraging young girls and women to involve in playing Chess.

UQCC intends to provide a safe and conducive environment for chess trainings, conduct effective chess clinics, and frequent chess tournament exposures for women, teenage and young girls, and ensure holistic athletic development among all its active members and future students all over the Philippines.
